3. Fill the vacancy with a qualified applicant chosen by the property owner.
4. Arrange for tenant to move into the property.
5. Supply owner with a signed lease, required addendums, disclosures, and information about the tenant.
6. Collect Security Deposit and first month’s rent and forward to property owner.
